Why MARA Agent (Australia)?

The Office of the Migration Registration Authority is the regulator body that regulates the Migration industry of Australia. Only Registered Migration Agents, who are registered with the OMARA can legally provide immigration Assistance in Australia. The MARA Agent is required to study a registered course before they can register with the OMARA. They are also required to undergo Continuous Professional Development each year, which helps them in knowing and learning new laws. Registered Migration Agents have detailed knowledge of Migration Law and Procedures. They are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct for Registered Migration Agents (the Code). You can ask for a copy of the Code from your Agent. Registered Migration Agents are also required to maintain a Professional Library of the Migration Law, while being registered.
